How to unblock a user
To unblock a user on the desktop version of the site, go to 'My Messages,' open the 'Blocked Users' folder, select a chat with the user, and click 'Unblock'.
Currently, it is not possible to unblock a user on the mobile version of the site. To unblock a user, please switch to the desktop version of the site and follow the instructions for that version.
Currently, it is not possible to unblock a user in the Android mobile app. To unblock a user, please switch to the desktop version of the site and follow the instructions for that version.
To unblock a user in the iOS app, go to 'Settings' → 'Information about your profile' → 'Blocked Users.'
Then, select the user and tap 'Unblock User'.
